A transparency log for what happened to data.

The Signet Data Trust Network is the cross-organisation provenance layer: an append-only, Merkle-tree transparency log (RFC 6962-style), post-quantum-signed, with a regulator export API and split-view detection — so any counterparty or regulator can verify a datum's full history.
